This block collection and baby quilt were inspired by my son’s love for his teddy bear. The collection includes 5 blocks that finish at 15” square and directions for assembly into a 41.5” square baby quilt.

Please be aware, this is a PDF pattern. Upon purchasing, Etsy will email you a zip file for immediate download. The zip file includes separate PDF’s for each pattern (that way you can easily make one at a time later). Read the PDF labeled “Start Here” first. It’s the overall instructions for the baby quilt.

Each block pattern includes a list of fabric requirements and instructions for assembling the block, including a diagram and piecing order.

This pattern assumes previous foundation paper piecing (FPP) experience. The included instructions do not go over how to foundation paper piece, but there are lots of tutorial videos with great information online.

The quilt measures 41.5” square. Each individual bear pattern has a 15.5” square unfinished size (including seam allowances) and a 15” square finished size (once sewn in).

The paper size used in the pattern is 8.5 x 11 inches.
